At Mozi Wash, we want you to love your home care experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mozi Wash account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
